Providing the Correct Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Fuzzy Frenzy is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. 

Handling Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (No Shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are  responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen. If your package is missing after delivery, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
